How it works:

Once you have disconnected all power & battery from the MacBook and installed a new lid angle sensor cable, the NerdTool 1 can be connected to the sensor cable with the lid closed. Powering the NerdTool on and following the simple instructions will calibrate the display with its closed position. You can then use the NerdTool to test the calibration by opening and closing the display. Once tested you save the calibration and you’re all done!
